An efficient organisation comprising more than 400 field-service engineers is one of the most significant pillars that guarantees the efficiency of the Profectis customer service.
The field-service team is allocated and supervised by our main competence centre, which is in turn supported by regional technical managers. The engineers have available state-of-the-art tablet PCs and fast online links for the purpose of communication and feedback. An overnight service delivers the spare parts required direct in the boot of the service vehicles every night. Flexibility and customer-orientation are put into practice here!
Our mobile home technicians form a nationwide network throughout the whole of Germany. They are commissioned by our business partners and visit more than 400,000 homes every year to repair large technical machines, carry out regular services or install built-in appliances.

Continuously seminars are held to train these Profectis employees in handling the appliances and the technology. Specially-trained seminar leaders accompany them regularly when they carry out their work, hence contributing towards optimal know-how among our technicians.
