In the repair area RTS attaches great importance to close cooperation with the manufacturers. We are specially authorized for all the labels that we cater for in our repair service. Our key services consist not only of replacing parts but also of complete process handling and analysis of the quality data.
Continuous analysis of the repair data helps, amongst other things, to quickly identify series faults or even weaknesses in the design, making us the competent partner for the manufacturer. Hardware components are normally assembled using OEM components from a wide range of manufacturers. The warranty times for these vary. The processing of the warranty (RMA processing - Return Material Authorization) is therefore a time-consuming and labour-intensive task.
We are one of the major independent providers for RMA services in Germany. In combination with our logistics offers we also create added value for satisfied clients in repairs and warranty processing. We work together with leading manufacturers and major distributors.
